Diana began her career as a psychologist at the National University of Colombia, where she developed a strong interest in understanding human behavior through data. At TalkforTech, she architects the platform's secure infrastructure and builds AI-driven tools that combine scientifically grounded assessments with real-time analytics, helping organizations better understand and support their people at scale.

Risa Reisman, MSW, is a Social Worker who integrates evidence-based support, particularly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), within demanding professional settings. Risa was the facilitator for the successful Pilot Project at Wealthsimple, gaining direct insight into the specific stress points and culture of the tech industry.

He serves as Director of Technology, Marketing & Communications at CERIC, and is also an Emerging Technology Fellow at Community Foundations of Canada. A Fellow of the RSA and a member of the Center for AI and Digital Policy, Norman works at the intersection of AI, ethics, and digital equity.
